SHIPPING

At AOE we believe in fast and safe shipping, to make your online experience a pleasant one.

  • All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of order receipt.
  • All orders Returned To Sender due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may be applicable.
  • The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.
  • Delivery time is an estimate only and Arms Of Eve is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 

What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?


Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!

  • All orders placed Monday – Friday (before 1pm) are dispatched within 24 hours. There may be slight delays during public holidays, sale periods and shipping delays due to Covid-19 that are beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.


The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts and non-refundable.

*Indicated delivery timeline does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). The estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have pre-ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.

All items that are on pre-order may take between 4-6 weeks to be dispatched.

Shipping is FREE on international orders over $150.00 to Oceania countries. International shipping (Oceania) on orders under $150.00 will be a flat rate of $15.00.

TAXES & DUTIES

Arms Of Eve shall not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rests with the customer.

Please note that Arms Of Eve does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays. Orders that are places on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders placed Monday – Friday (before 1pm) are dispatched within 24 hours. There may be slight delays during public holidays, sale periods and shipping delays due to Covid-19 that are beyond our control.

 

Australia-wide deliveries may take up to 3-7 working days, depending on location. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days of being dispatched, please email info@armsofeve.com so we can follow this up for you.

International orders may take roughly 5-8 working days, depending on location. Some hard-to-reach destinations may take longer. If you have not received your order after 10 working days of being dispatched, please email info@armsofeve.com so we can follow this up for you.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Arms Of Eve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as possible!

Our return policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase of goods. We will gladly offer Store Credits and/or Exchanges for the value of your purchase of all full-priced items that are unworn and in original condition. Please note, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. 

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box included)

 All below items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings
  • Gift cards

 The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

*For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns for earring jewellery. 

Returns postage will be at the buyer's expense.

*There are NO exchanges or store credits on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final.
