At AOE, we believe in fast and secure shipping to ensure your online shopping experience is a pleasant one.

• All orders are dispatched within one working day of receiving the order.
• Orders returned to sender due to being unclaimed or having incorrect addresses may incur re-delivery charges.
• Shipping and processing times vary depending on the items ordered. The status of each product and its estimated shipping date are provided on the respective product pages.
• Delivery times are estimates only. Arms of Eve is not liable for any loss or damage caused by reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery.
• Orders placed Monday to Friday (before 1 pm) are dispatched within 24 hours. Slight delays may occur during public holidays, sale periods, or due to factors outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

The shipping fee is calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

TAXES & DUTIES
