We accept returns on full-priced items for store credit or exchange if returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and undamaged
• Returns sent by mail must include all original packaging (tags and boxes)

We cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Engraved jewellery
• Sale items

Items purchased with a discount code or during a sitewide promotion can still be returned if they meet the above conditions.

In-store purchases can also be returned online using the same portal with the email address and receipt number from your purchase.

Our pieces are made from high-quality, recyclable stainless steel and finished with 14k gold plating using advanced PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) technology for exceptional durability.

All jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, which includes:

• Broken clasps
• Loose settings
• Faulty links

Our warranty does not cover:

• Tarnishing from exposure to cleaning products or chemicals.
• Oxidation caused by naturally high skin pH levels.
• Accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.

Please note, our warranty does not extend to accessories or clothing.
